Take College Courses while still in High School, and get credit
for both!
Really, think about it.
You only have to take the classes once. If you went to both high
school and college, you would have to take some classes
twice, like speech, math and English classes.  You can take
one class or a full schedule, it’s up to you, and you get to
choose the class, from art to history and everything else.
It’s a real college class. That means real college classes with
real college professors, with real college students. Not just
“college classes” taught by a high school teacher. And plus–
you get treated like an adult, not another teenager, because
nobody knows you’re just a teenager.
Diverse campus. There’s people from all over the state, from
all over the country, from all over the world. There are all sorts
of people, each with a different story, and different interests.
There’s more kids like you already on campus.  There are
more non-normal college students on campus than you may
think, so you’ll never be alone.
Going to college early is not for everyone!

Earlier is better in terms of
class availability and class
selection! Students must
be accepted in to the
Span program before they
can register for courses at
IUPUI.
You can set up a
Shadowing date
if you want to
know what it is
really like to be
at IUPUI. Spend
the day in regular
classes with a
current student or
alumni. Just use
the Form at the
right. We would
love to have you.
