Extracurricular ActivitesHow to Form a Club at Todd Academy, Inc.Forming a club at Todd Academy, Inc. is easy.1. Decide what type of club you wish to form and the purpose of the club.2. Find two starting members of the club to sign your Club Request Form. (You may get one of these forms from the Front Office.)3. Find a Sponser for the club. This may be any adult that will supervise the club, help with plans and will be responsible for making sure the club meets without conflicts. Examples of good club sponsers: past graduate, teacher, parent, member of IUPUI Gamer's Guild, member of Board of Directors.4. Turn in your completed form to the office for Mrs. Todd's review. 5. Anticipate a positive response. Mrs. Todd usually responds to club requests within 72 hours.Have a GREAT time!!!
