Todd Academy follows the guidelines for both Core 40 and
Academic Honors Diploma's established by the state, however
since all classes are taught at the college level credits vary from
those taught in a standard high school setting, as allowed under
current Indiana Department of Education guidelines. These
guidelines change for the beginning of the 2006-2007 school year.
The Indiana Dept. Of Education has required for a standard Core 40 High School
Diploma the following:

EDUCATION AND IN WHICH A STUDENT HAS EARNED A GRADE OF “C” OR
ABOVE MAY COUNT TOWARD AN ACADEMIC HONORS
DIPLOMA (AHD). TO EARN THE AHD, A STUDENT MUST HAVE A GRADE
POINT AVERAGE OF “B” OR ABOVE.
Indiana High School Diploma Requirements*
Not all classes taught at IUPUI count as Core 40 credits. Some classes may
not have the required subject matter required for the credit you wish to
apply it toward. Please visit with the staff of Todd Academy if you need
further information about this subject.
