The History of
Todd Academy, Inc.
Why We Opened
Todd Academy was started as a homeschool in 2002 for two students who wanted to attend college early and needed an academic vehicle that allowed them the freedom to do so.
Todd Academy grew to nine students the following year. The private high school was formed to allow students with the desire and drive to be given the opportunity to excell and to even start college early if they desired.

begin taking college classes on the campus in the college classroom.
The first graduation ceremony contained the class of December 2004 and May 2005 and was held in June of 2005 and awarded diplomas to six graduates.
We have cheered each successive graduating class. Graduation is always a huge event celebrating the students and their achievements.

TODD ACADEMY GRADUATES:
Of all the Todd Academy graduating seniors:
62% have stayed at IUPUI or it’s satellites.
12% have transferred from IUPUI to other state colleges and have returned for graduate school.
12% have transferred to out-of-state colleges and
88% continue to be involved in some type of volunteer work.
